Responsibilities

  • Develop monitoring indicators, calendars, field plans and quality-assurance processes
  • Integrate evaluation findings into programme design and reporting
  • Coordinate standardised partner data collection and analysis
  • Track results, donor spending and programme disbursements
  • Prepare narrative and financial inputs for corporate and donor reports
  • Review partner reports and improve their quality and timeliness
  • Coordinate country-office evaluations and management responses
  • Develop monitoring tools, training materials and shared lessons

Requirements

  • Experience with office, spreadsheet, database and web-based management systems
  • English proficiency
