The analyst supports UN Women Türkiye’s gender-responsive planning and budgeting portfolio by coordinating programmes and partners, monitoring results and expenditures, reviewing reports, strengthening partner capacity, supporting donor engagement and contributing to advocacy and inter-agency coordination.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate programme workplans, activities and partner implementation
- Manage calls for proposals and partner capacity assessments
- Review implementing-partner financial and narrative reports
- Monitor results, indicators, budgets and programme expenditures
- Train partners in results-based management
- Prepare donor reports, briefs and resource-mobilisation inputs
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social sciences, human rights, gender studies, international development or a related field, or an accepted first degree with additional experience
- At least one year of relevant programme experience
- Fluency in English and Turkish
