Overview

The analyst supports UN Women Türkiye’s gender-responsive planning and budgeting portfolio by coordinating programmes and partners, monitoring results and expenditures, reviewing reports, strengthening partner capacity, supporting donor engagement and contributing to advocacy and inter-agency coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programme workplans, activities and partner implementation
  • Manage calls for proposals and partner capacity assessments
  • Review implementing-partner financial and narrative reports
  • Monitor results, indicators, budgets and programme expenditures
  • Train partners in results-based management
  • Prepare donor reports, briefs and resource-mobilisation inputs

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social sciences, human rights, gender studies, international development or a related field, or an accepted first degree with additional experience
  • At least one year of relevant programme experience
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
