Responsibilities

  • Maintain project and sector portfolio databases using ADB systems
  • Collect, analyse and consolidate portfolio performance data
  • Prepare reports for portfolio monitoring and country portfolio reviews
  • Assist project officers in monitoring implementation progress and shortfalls
  • Support missions, account reconciliation and loan covenant compliance
  • Review audited project financial statements and follow up with executing agencies
  • Prepare procurement, disbursement and project administration documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, financial management or related fields
  • At least five years of relevant work experience including related experience in international agencies
  • Knowledge and understanding of operational processes and procedures of ADB or other international organisations
  • Ability to undertake research and analysis, organise data and prepare notes, papers and report sections
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel spreadsheets, graphics and database applications
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency
