Responsibilities
- Prepare an inception report.
- Assess the agrifood investment environment, financing mechanisms and public-private partnership opportunities.
- Undertake stakeholder consultations to identify investment opportunities and financing constraints.
- Identify priority agrifood investment opportunities in collaboration with the National Value Chain Analyst Consultant.
- Develop a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework.
- Assess financing needs and develop an MSME support and financing package.
- Prepare the Fiji Agrifood Value Chain Investment Roadmap 2026–2030.
Requirements
- University Degree from an institution recognized by the International Association of Universities (IAU)/UNESCO in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Commerce, Investment, Agribusiness or a r
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in investment facilitation, public-private partnerships, agribusiness development, investment planning, private sector development, finance or related fields.
- Working knowledge of English (level C).
