Responsibilities
- Develop donor concept notes and proposals on water, livelihoods and climate resilience
- Support groundwater assessment, monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting
- Compile and analyse hydrogeological, hydrological and water resources information
- Prepare groundwater vulnerability maps, water security assessments and decision-support tools
- Coordinate consultations, technical meetings, workshops and validation events with stakeholders
- Develop training materials and deliver capacity development for government counterparts
- Prepare technical reports, mission reports and recommendations for water resources management
Requirements
- University degree in water, water resources engineering, hydrogeology, agriculture, environmental science, natural resource management or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience in project implementation, groundwater and water management, agricultural development, biodiversity conservation or related areas
- Working knowledge of English and Mongolian
- Mongolian nationality
