Field Implementation Specialist

Supports field delivery of EU4Mindanao activities by coordinating implementation, partner engagement, monitoring and technical support for agriculture and rural development interventions in Mindanao.

• Ensure results-based implementation of field activities against the project logframe and work plans
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and propose corrective actions
• Advise local governments, community organizations and partners on context-appropriate interventions
• Develop and adapt technical guidelines, tools and implementation strategies
• Design and deliver training, workshops and field learning activities
• Coordinate with national and subnational stakeholders, UN agencies, NGOs and private sector actors
• Lead field-level stakeholder engagement and communication with communities and partners
• Support data management, monitoring, reporting, knowledge management and donor visibility

• University degree in agriculture, agribusiness, community development, rural development, development studies, environmental science or a related field
• At least five years of relevant experience in field-level project implementation and technical support to agriculture or rural development programmes
• Working knowledge of English and Filipino
• Nationality of the Philippines
