Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for credit and financial due diligence
- Review contracts, project documents, financial models and risk profiles
- Participate in due diligence missions and negotiations with developers, sponsors and financiers
- Draft credit memoranda, project summaries and risk assessment documents
- Maintain project databases, financing documents and electronic files
- Process disbursement requests and monitor borrower compliance with covenants
- Support consultant recruitment and due diligence report review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, preferably with advanced training
- At least five years of relevant experience in corporate financing or project finance with a leading international or local financial institution or investment bank
- Ability to conduct research and analysis, organise data and prepare notes, papers and report sections
- Effective report-writing and communication skills in English
- Ability to guide administrative staff on work planning, delivery and quality review
