Associate Operations Officer

Supports regional cooperation and integration operations through technical assistance processing, knowledge management, event coordination and budget monitoring. The role manages data on bank-wide RCI operations and prepares materials for management and committee work.

Department: Regional Cooperation and Integration and Trade Division

• Process technical assistance concept notes, drafts, reviews and approvals
• Support implementation of CCRC technical assistance projects and consultant engagement
• Collect and process data on regional cooperation and integration tagged projects
• Prepare briefing notes and monitor bank-wide issues for management attention
• Support Regional Cooperation and Integration Steering Committee meetings
• Organise conferences, trainings, workshops and forums
• Prepare knowledge products and consolidate operational information

• Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent
• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in operations in multilateral development banks or similar organisations
• Experience preparing reports, presentations or manuals for management or board review
• Understanding of technical assistance processing and implementation procedures
• Working knowledge of consultant engagement and contract management
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Nationality of one of ADB's 69 members

• Initial fixed-term appointment of up to 3 years with possible renewal
