Responsibilities
- Design and implement Women, Peace and Security programme activities
- Manage partner calls, capacity assessments, grants and reporting
- Monitor programme results, finances and donor commitments
- Provide technical support and training to government and civil-society partners
- Support inter-agency coordination, advocacy and policy dialogue
- Prepare proposals, donor materials, briefs and knowledge products
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant social-science, human-rights, gender or development field, or an accepted first degree with additional experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or four years with a bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English and Armenian
