Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Women, Peace and Security programme activities
  • Manage partner calls, capacity assessments, grants and reporting
  • Monitor programme results, finances and donor commitments
  • Provide technical support and training to government and civil-society partners
  • Support inter-agency coordination, advocacy and policy dialogue
  • Prepare proposals, donor materials, briefs and knowledge products

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant social-science, human-rights, gender or development field, or an accepted first degree with additional experience
  • At least two years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or four years with a bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and Armenian
