State Programme Analyst

Coordinates UNFPA programming across Rajasthan on sexual and reproductive health, adolescents, gender and population dynamics, designing and monitoring workplans, analysing delivery and policy issues, managing programme and financial compliance, building government partnerships and supporting advocacy and resources.

• Design and implement state programming with government and civil-society partners
• Develop, monitor and report workplans aligned with UNFPA transformative results
• Apply programme and financial oversight, compliance and quality-assurance systems
• Analyse delivery bottlenecks and recommend corrective action
• Draft quarterly and annual programme and financial reports
• Prepare analysis and materials for state policy dialogue
• Coordinate UN and development-partner discussions on sustainable-development priorities
• Support advocacy products, donor proposals and resource mobilisation

• Advanced degree in international development, public policy, public health, population studies or a related social-science field
• At least two years of professional experience in development management
• Experience in programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, including budget management
• Experience with office software and web-based management systems
• Fluent English

• One-year renewable fixed-term national post in Jaipur
