Responsibilities
- Design and implement state programming with government and civil-society partners
- Develop, monitor and report workplans aligned with UNFPA transformative results
- Apply programme and financial oversight, compliance and quality-assurance systems
- Analyse delivery bottlenecks and recommend corrective action
- Draft quarterly and annual programme and financial reports
- Prepare analysis and materials for state policy dialogue
- Coordinate UN and development-partner discussions on sustainable-development priorities
- Support advocacy products, donor proposals and resource mobilisation
Requirements
- Advanced degree in international development, public policy, public health, population studies or a related social-science field
- At least two years of professional experience in development management
- Experience in programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, including budget management
- Experience with office software and web-based management systems
- Fluent English
