Responsibilities
- Lead country programme design, implementation and oversight
- Conduct policy dialogue with government, UN and development partners
- Translate global strategies into national advocacy and programme approaches
- Coordinate technical advisers, consultants and programme monitoring
- Mobilise financing and develop donor proposals
- Adapt programming for humanitarian needs and displaced populations
- Lead interagency coordination, joint programming and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant health, social-science, development or management field
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible development and population-programme experience
- Demonstrated team leadership and programme-design ability
- Fluency in Spanish and English
