Responsibilities

  • Lead country programme design, implementation and oversight
  • Conduct policy dialogue with government, UN and development partners
  • Translate global strategies into national advocacy and programme approaches
  • Coordinate technical advisers, consultants and programme monitoring
  • Mobilise financing and develop donor proposals
  • Adapt programming for humanitarian needs and displaced populations
  • Lead interagency coordination, joint programming and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant health, social-science, development or management field
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible development and population-programme experience
  • Demonstrated team leadership and programme-design ability
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
