- Set strategic direction for integrated health, nutrition and WASH programming
- Lead programme development, planning and results delivery
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and portfolio resources
- Provide technical advice and support system strengthening
- Build advocacy, government and partner relationships
- Advance innovation, knowledge management and capacity development
Requirements
- Advanced degree in public health, nutrition, health policy, environmental health, water engineering or a related technical field
- At least eight years of relevant health, nutrition or WASH programme experience
- At least one year of humanitarian work experience
- Demonstrated team-supervision experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Iraqi nationality
