Programme Analyst, Reproductive Health

Supports reproductive, maternal and newborn health programming in Afghanistan through technical analysis, workplans, budgets, monitoring and partner coordination. The analyst strengthens essential health services, policy implementation, provider capacity and evidence-based reporting for UNFPA programmes.

• Coordinate reproductive, maternal and newborn health programme delivery
• Monitor workplans, budgets, indicators and programme agreements
• Support essential health-service policies, standards and implementation
• Strengthen provider and partner capacity
• Analyse programme results, service data and constraints

• Advanced degree in a health-related field, or a first degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least two years of relevant experience with an advanced degree, or four years with a first degree
• Experience in reproductive, maternal or newborn health programming
• Fluency in English and in Dari or Pashto
• Afghan nationality
