Supports reproductive, maternal and newborn health programming in Afghanistan through technical analysis, workplans, budgets, monitoring and partner coordination. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reproductive, maternal and newborn health programme delivery
  • Monitor workplans, budgets, indicators and programme agreements
  • Support essential health-service policies, standards and implementation
  • Strengthen provider and partner capacity
  • Analyse programme results, service data and constraints

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a health-related field, or a first degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • At least two years of relevant experience with an advanced degree, or four years with a first degree
  • Experience in reproductive, maternal or newborn health programming
  • Fluency in English and in Dari or Pashto
  • Afghan nationality
