Responsibilities
- Coordinate reproductive, maternal and newborn health programme delivery
- Monitor workplans, budgets, indicators and programme agreements
- Support essential health-service policies, standards and implementation
- Strengthen provider and partner capacity
- Analyse programme results, service data and constraints
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a health-related field, or a first degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with an advanced degree, or four years with a first degree
- Experience in reproductive, maternal or newborn health programming
- Fluency in English and in Dari or Pashto
- Afghan nationality
