Sexual and Reproductive Health Analyst

Supports UNFPA's sexual and reproductive health portfolio in El Salvador through programme delivery, technical assistance, evidence, partnerships and monitoring.

• Draft policy briefs and technical inputs for dialogue with government counterparts
• Support national strategies and territorial models for maternal health, family planning and adolescent-pregnancy prevention
• Coordinate technical assistance, training and community-based interventions
• Maintain sexual and reproductive health data and develop knowledge products
• Support partnerships, inter-agency coordination, advocacy and resource mobilisation
• Integrate emergency reproductive-health services and supplies into preparedness and response
• Conduct field monitoring and track results against work plans and indicators
• Review project expenditure and implementing-partner financial and narrative reports

• Holds an advanced university degree in public health, medicine, nursing, health-systems management, international development or a related field
• Has national-level professional experience in programme management, public health or sexual and reproductive health
• Has experience in project implementation, data collection and monitoring and evaluation frameworks
• Is fluent in Spanish and has working written and spoken proficiency in English
