Responsibilities
- Manage daily Women and Girls Safe Space operations and administrative support to field teams
- Coordinate monitoring, data validation and reporting against the Annual Work Plan
- Ensure services comply with survivor-centred GBV standards, ethical data rules and standard procedures
- Implement quality checks, field monitoring and beneficiary feedback mechanisms
- Supervise field staff, monitor performance and identify capacity-building needs
- Coordinate schedules, task allocations and staff wellness measures
- Support communications, inter-agency coordination and service mapping
- Develop transition partnerships and address operational bottlenecks with government counterparts
Requirements
- Advanced degree in project management, public administration, humanitarian action, political science, public health, gender studies, law or a related field
- At least three years of professional experience in refugee protection focused on gender-based violence and reproductive health, including programme or project management
- Practical experience designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating humanitarian or development projects
- Knowledge of refugee protection and humanitarian action
- Knowledge of Do No Harm, safeguarding and PSEA principles
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic

- Travel to project sites within Greater Cairo is required for more than 90% of the assignment
