Responsibilities

  • Coordinate UNICEF-IOM programme mechanisms and country stakeholders
  • Organise national and regional consultations and convenings
  • Map migration and child-protection practices, gaps and needs
  • Draft programme documents, action plans and joint reports
  • Manage knowledge products and donor reporting requirements
  • Support multi-sector implementation across Libya

Requirements

  • National of Libya
  • Bachelor’s degree in international relations, social sciences, migration studies, development studies, public administration, international development or a related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience in programme coordination, migration, child protection, humanitarian or development programming
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder or inter-agency initiatives
  • Experience with UN agencies, NGOs, government counterparts and international partners
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
