Consultant: HPMP Desk Study

Prepares a desk study evaluating how HCFC phase-out management plans contributed to policies, regulations and national strategies under the Montreal Protocol. Findings will identify good practices for project design, KIP implementation and sustainable ozone-layer protection.

• Conduct desk research on HCFC phase-out management plans
• Evaluate contributions to policies, regulations and national strategies
• Identify good practices for project design and implementation
• Assess sustainability of achievements under Montreal Protocol work
• Prepare findings to inform future KIP implementation

• Relevant professional experience in environmental evaluation, ozone protection, Montreal Protocol work or policy research
• Ability to conduct desk studies and synthesize evidence into findings
• Knowledge of HCFC phase-out, HFC reduction or related environmental policy

• Remote consultancy for a desk study on Montreal Protocol-related phase-out management plans
