Responsibilities

  • Support implementation, monitoring and reporting for the Gates Foundation grant and UNFPA Supplies Partnership funding stream
  • Compile programme data, financial performance information and donor reports
  • Contribute to work plans under the UNFPA Supplies Partnership Phase III Programme
  • Coordinate regional technical support on quantification, forecasting, supply planning, procurement and logistics management
  • Strengthen data quality, operational performance and implementing partner compliance
  • Support countries in collecting, validating and analysing logistics and programme data
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards and analytical summaries
  • Contribute to training and coaching country teams on programme supplies management

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in public health, pharmacy, supply chain management, a relevant social science field or another related field
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in family planning, reproductive health commodity management, supply chain operations, programme support, public health or international development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of reproductive health commodity security, access and availability
  • Strong professional oral and writing skills for reports, presentations, briefing notes and technical documents
  • Ability to synthesize complex information for non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of and experience supporting programme management, technical monitoring and results-based management principles
  • Fluency in English
