Responsibilities
- Support implementation, monitoring and reporting for the Gates Foundation grant and UNFPA Supplies Partnership funding stream
- Compile programme data, financial performance information and donor reports
- Contribute to work plans under the UNFPA Supplies Partnership Phase III Programme
- Coordinate regional technical support on quantification, forecasting, supply planning, procurement and logistics management
- Strengthen data quality, operational performance and implementing partner compliance
- Support countries in collecting, validating and analysing logistics and programme data
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards and analytical summaries
- Contribute to training and coaching country teams on programme supplies management
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in public health, pharmacy, supply chain management, a relevant social science field or another related field
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in family planning, reproductive health commodity management, supply chain operations, programme support, public health or international development
- Demonstrated knowledge of reproductive health commodity security, access and availability
- Strong professional oral and writing skills for reports, presentations, briefing notes and technical documents
- Ability to synthesize complex information for non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of and experience supporting programme management, technical monitoring and results-based management principles
- Fluency in English
