Manager, Non-Health Products and Services Sourcing

Leads strategic category management for Global Fund non-health products and services, overseeing managed service providers, supplier performance and procurement stewardship for Secretariat and pooled procurement operations.

Department: Supply Operations

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for non-health products and services
• Lead category planning, vendor selection, tenders and contract execution
• Oversee outsourced procurement and managed-service providers
• Monitor service delivery, supplier performance and continuous improvement
• Embed sustainability and responsible procurement into category strategies
• Champion procurement policy, risk mitigation and audit readiness
• Build supplier relationships and lead commercial negotiations
• Lead, coach and develop the sourcing team

• Advanced degree in business administration, supply chain management, public health or a related field
• Progressive procurement and sourcing experience including leadership in complex matrix organisations
• Experience managing outsourced procurement services or indirect spend categories
• Experience leading high-value tenders, supplier negotiations and category strategy development
• Experience implementing procurement policy, process optimisation and performance frameworks
• Excellent knowledge of English
