Overview
Supports UNFPA Indonesia's donor-funded midwifery training work, particularly the KOICA-funded SPEED Indonesia project. The role assists project planning, implementation, monitoring, budgeting, reporting and coordination with government and partner stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Compile and analyse information on midwifery training in health polytechnics and accredited hospital training centres
- Draft SPEED project work plans and support analysis of proposed training interventions against quality standards
- Support implementation and monitoring of project activities, field visits, review meetings, evaluation missions and progress reporting
- Coordinate routine project delivery with UNFPA sexual and reproductive health personnel and government implementing partners
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, prepare financial utilisation reports and support donor compliance
- Support advocacy and resource mobilisation through donor contacts, meetings, public information events and technical briefs
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops and events and guide project personnel on national execution and programme procedures
Requirements
- Open only to nationals of Indonesia
- Completed secondary level education
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience assisting programme or project management in health, midwifery, gender equality or other relevant fields
- Experience working with stakeholders including government and NGOs
- Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT systems
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Fluency in verbal and written Indonesian
