Responsibilities

  • Prepare programme work plans, budgets, proposals and implementation arrangements
  • Guide country offices and executing agencies on routine programme delivery and financial reporting
  • Create and revise projects and budgets in Quantum and support financial and operational closure
  • Monitor programme finances, review reports, process payments and maintain expenditure controls
  • Arrange meetings, workshops, missions and travel and prepare briefing and presentation materials
  • Prepare cost-sharing agreements and organise donor and programme information for resource mobilisation
  • Compile programme data, lessons and good practices and support training for personnel and partners

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • At least six years of progressively responsible experience in administration or programme management support
  • Experience using multiple office software packages in a computer-based environment
  • Experience supporting a team
  • Fluency in English
