Responsibilities
- Prepare programme work plans, budgets, proposals and implementation information
- Guide routine programme delivery and financial reporting and support audit follow-up
- Create and revise projects and budgets in Quantum and manage project closure
- Review financial reports and process vouchers, consultant payments and requisitions
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, missions, travel and briefing materials
- Prepare cost-sharing agreements and follow up resource-mobilisation contributions
- Compile donor and programme information for databases and documents
- Document lessons and organise training on programme and operational issues
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in administration or programme management support
- Experience using multiple office software packages
- Experience supporting a team
- Strong financial, budgeting, data-management and administrative skills
- Fluency in English
