Overview

Supports Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund financial management by reviewing partner documentation, monitoring budgets and helping ensure compliant liquidations and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Track WPHF budget use against project end dates and responsible-party agreements
  • Compile financial status updates and support timely project closure
  • Create projects in Quantum and prepare budget revisions and award updates
  • Review responsible-party advance requests, liquidation reports and supporting documents
  • Support financial donor reporting through budget utilisation and delivery-rate inputs
  • Conduct training and capacity building for programme teams and civil society partners

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education
  • At least six years of progressively responsible finance experience
  • Experience using office software, spreadsheets, databases and web-based management systems
  • Experience reviewing local implementing partners' financial documents
  • Successful completion of the UN Women Accounting and Finance Test
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
