Responsibilities
- Track WPHF budget use against project end dates and responsible-party agreements
- Compile financial status updates and support timely project closure
- Create projects in Quantum and prepare budget revisions and award updates
- Review responsible-party advance requests, liquidation reports and supporting documents
- Support financial donor reporting through budget utilisation and delivery-rate inputs
- Conduct training and capacity building for programme teams and civil society partners
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least six years of progressively responsible finance experience
- Experience using office software, spreadsheets, databases and web-based management systems
- Experience reviewing local implementing partners' financial documents
- Successful completion of the UN Women Accounting and Finance Test
- Fluency in English and Arabic
