Responsibilities
- Provide technical and administrative support for programme delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among Gender Theme Group donors, UN agencies and members
- Compile and analyse programme results, financial updates and impact narratives for donor reports
- Support monitoring and evaluation for accountable and evidence-based reporting
- Maintain programme activity records, donor reports and coordination outputs
- Organise meetings, workshops and consultations and disseminate agreed outcomes
Requirements
- Master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience
- Professional experience in programme coordination, project management or development cooperation
- Experience compiling, analysing and presenting donor results and financial information
- Background in gender equality, women’s empowerment or a related field
- English proficiency
