Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and administrative support for programme delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among Gender Theme Group donors, UN agencies and members
  • Compile and analyse programme results, financial updates and impact narratives for donor reports
  • Support monitoring and evaluation for accountable and evidence-based reporting
  • Maintain programme activity records, donor reports and coordination outputs
  • Organise meetings, workshops and consultations and disseminate agreed outcomes

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience
  • Professional experience in programme coordination, project management or development cooperation
  • Experience compiling, analysing and presenting donor results and financial information
  • Background in gender equality, women’s empowerment or a related field
  • English proficiency
