Responsibilities

  • Lead programme planning, milestones, risks and delivery
  • Manage consultants, vendors and outsourced workstreams
  • Oversee grant budgets, forecasts and resource use
  • Coordinate senior stakeholders, consultations and governance forums
  • Supervise monitoring, dashboards and donor reporting
  • Support organisational change and policy integration
  • Capture lessons and sustain programme outcomes

Requirements

  • First university degree in a relevant management, social-science, gender or health field
  • At least 5 years of programme management, monitoring, consultant management and change experience
  • Excellent English or French with good working knowledge of the other
