Responsibilities
- Lead programme planning, milestones, risks and delivery
- Manage consultants, vendors and outsourced workstreams
- Oversee grant budgets, forecasts and resource use
- Coordinate senior stakeholders, consultations and governance forums
- Supervise monitoring, dashboards and donor reporting
- Support organisational change and policy integration
- Capture lessons and sustain programme outcomes
Requirements
- First university degree in a relevant management, social-science, gender or health field
- At least 5 years of programme management, monitoring, consultant management and change experience
- Excellent English or French with good working knowledge of the other
