Overview
Monitors WFP field activities in Bolivia by visiting intervention areas, validating beneficiary and delivery data, following partner performance, documenting risks and complaints, and producing evidence that strengthens accountable food-assistance implementation.

Responsibilities
- Visit intervention areas to verify programme activities against the office monitoring plan
- Collect, validate and record field data on beneficiaries, activities, deliveries and results
- Monitor cooperating partners and identify operational risks, implementation challenges and improvement opportunities
- Verify assistance delivery and report incidents, deviations or problems found in the field
- Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, implementing partners and beneficiaries
- Prepare monitoring reports, visit records and field evidence for operational decisions
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, interviews and other field data-collection activities
- Document and channel beneficiary feedback and complaints through accountability mechanisms
Requirements
- Academic background in economics, project management, agronomy, social work or a related development or humanitarian discipline
- Three years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, asset management, procurement, transport or related administration
- Experience in supply-chain processes, asset management and internal controls
- Experience administering contracts for external logistics providers
