Monitoring Assistant SC5 (Re-advertised)

Monitors WFP assistance across three Madagascar field locations by coordinating surveys and third-party monitoring, maintaining indicator databases, analysing distribution and outcome data, coaching monitors and producing field and performance reports that support programme reviews and corrective action.

• Coordinate baseline, post-distribution, endline, process and targeting monitoring
• Maintain monitoring calendars, databases and performance indicators
• Supervise third-party monitors and strengthen their technical capacity
• Collect and analyse distribution, market-price and outcome data
• Prepare field and performance reports for programme review and corrective action

• Secondary education diploma
• At least five years of experience collecting, analysing and reporting results or impact data
• Level C proficiency in French

• Five Service Contract posts across Bekily, Tsihombe and Manakara
