Programme Policy Officer (Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting)

Strengthens monitoring, evaluation and reporting for the Benazir Nashonuma Programme by building performance tools, analysing data and translating results into dashboards, reports and recommendations that guide implementation across WFP country and provincial offices.

Department: Benazir Nashonuma Programme Implementation Support Unit

• Develop monitoring plans, methodologies and tools for programme implementation across provinces
• Serve as monitoring and evaluation focal point and coordinate country and provincial office tasks
• Track implementation performance against approved key performance indicators and corporate indicators
• Analyse programme data and translate findings into actionable management recommendations
• Improve dashboards and operational systems for provincial and country-office decision-making
• Draft monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc programme performance reports
• Create data visualisations for reports, presentations and communication materials
• Train staff on monitoring, implementation and data-driven decision-making

• Advanced university degree in development studies, business analytics, information management or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of experience
• At least three years of relevant post-graduation professional or managerial experience in monitoring and evaluation, operational management, programme management or data reporting
• Fluency in English and Urdu at level C
• Pakistani nationality

• Twelve-month service contract with possible extension
