Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring plans, methodologies and tools for programme implementation across provinces
- Serve as monitoring and evaluation focal point and coordinate country and provincial office tasks
- Track implementation performance against approved key performance indicators and corporate indicators
- Analyse programme data and translate findings into actionable management recommendations
- Improve dashboards and operational systems for provincial and country-office decision-making
- Draft monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc programme performance reports
- Create data visualisations for reports, presentations and communication materials
- Train staff on monitoring, implementation and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in development studies, business analytics, information management or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of experience
- At least three years of relevant post-graduation professional or managerial experience in monitoring and evaluation, operational management, programme management or data reporting
- Fluency in English and Urdu at level C
- Pakistani nationality
