Responsibilities

  • Integrate gender-equality outcomes and designs into ADB projects and programmes
  • Support loans, grants, technical assistance and knowledge products on gender equality
  • Advise executing agencies, implementing agencies and private clients on gender action plans
  • Join project review missions and monitor implementation of gender commitments
  • Review gender assessments, action plans, completion reports and survey tools
  • Deliver gender-mainstreaming training to government, private-sector and civil-society partners
  • Produce gender knowledge products, country updates and advocacy materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, social sciences, gender studies or a relevant field
  • At least eight years of relevant experience in programme monitoring, design, implementation and reporting
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation
  • Experience delivering gender-equality training to government, private-sector and civil-society stakeholders
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English
  • At least two years of relevant experience outside ADB within the past five years
  • Philippine nationality or residence
