Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of school-based nutrition and behaviour-change activities
- Build government and partner readiness through training and operational coordination
- Manage development of the fortified-rice social-marketing strategy
- Synthesize research and stakeholder feedback on behavioural barriers and motivators
- Coordinate creative agencies, consultants and research firms and track deliverables
- Develop and disseminate campaign materials for priority audiences
- Analyse campaign reach, engagement and consumer response and report lessons
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least seven years of experience in social and behaviour change, communication for development, nutrition, public health, social marketing or related programme implementation
- Experience engaging communities, private-sector actors, local authorities or implementing partners
- Fluency in written and spoken Khmer and English
- Cambodian nationality
