Supports WFP’s Brazzaville sub-office by monitoring humanitarian and development activities, verifying distributions and transfers, collecting and analysing field data, following corrective actions, managing beneficiary feedback and strengthening partner reporting.

Responsibilities
- Monitor programme implementation against operational and risk-based monitoring plans
- Verify food, non-food and cash-transfer movements and distributions
- Conduct field missions and prepare structured monitoring reports
- Collect, validate, consolidate and analyse programme data
- Maintain monitoring records and institutional information systems
- Track beneficiary feedback and protection concerns
- Support partners with WFP monitoring tools and reporting methods
- Follow implementation of supervision recommendations and corrective actions
Requirements
- First-level university degree in statistics, economics, agronomy, rural development, social sciences, project management, monitoring and evaluation, geography, food security, nutrition or another relevant field
- At least three years of relevant experience in humanitarian or development programme monitoring, data collection and analysis, information management or project implementation
- Excellent oral and written French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
