Consultant (RDH Information Management (DTM))

Support IOM’s Asia-Pacific Regional Data Hub by strengthening DTM information management, data warehouses, collection tools, quality assurance and analytical products. The consultant will build reliable pipelines and dashboards, provide GIS support and train country teams.

Department: Regional Data Hub / Displacement Tracking Matrix

• Provide technical support and harmonize DTM information management across country missions
• Develop and maintain data warehouses, SQL pipelines and mobile data collection tools
• Perform data quality assurance and produce analyses, maps and dashboards
• Maintain DTM web products and train staff on data management tools and standards

• Master’s degree with three years of relevant experience, or university degree with five years
• Experience in information management, humanitarian data flows or data management
• Fluency in English

• Consultancy of nine months
• No travel required
