Information Technology Services Consultant

Designs and improves PAHO's business-intelligence and financial-reporting environment, building governed data models, SQL pipelines and Power BI dashboards, integrating portal and Workday data, resolving production issues and training teams to sustain reliable analytics and reporting.

Department: Information Technology Services

• Build reporting-ready SQL datasets and Power BI dashboards for Cold Chain analytics
• Develop claims data structures and management-ready reporting with cross-functional user acceptance testing
• Enhance Workday reports, warehouse models, SQL jobs and portal analytics
• Resolve production data issues and coordinate deployments across test and production environments
• Consolidate overlapping dashboards and recommend a sustainable reporting architecture
• Automate links between financial statements, notes and trial-balance data
• Improve monthly financial dashboards and implement row-level security
• Document dataflows and train staff to sustain reporting solutions

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• At least seven years of experience managing IT projects
• Background improving business processes and applications for enterprise procurement functions
• Systems analysis, requirements gathering, system documentation and implementation project management experience
• Business Intelligence, Power BI, Microsoft data warehousing and data-management expertise
• Data transformation, data visualisation, KPI and scorecard experience
• Fluency in English

• International PAHO consultancy at Band B
• Estimated duration is five months from 1 August to 31 December 2026
• Daily rate is USD 258–314
• Work is performed off site
• Roster inclusion does not guarantee a consultancy assignment
