Junior SharePoint Administrator

Maintain and support PAHO’s SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring reliable administration, access, security, compliance and content governance. The consultant resolves incidents, maintains workflows and site structures, supports users and documents usage, storage and service performance.

Department: Information Technology Services

• Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries and permissions
• Support site owners with navigation, metadata, content types and site settings
• Process access requests and conduct permissions reviews
• Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 SharePoint incidents and coordinate vendors
• Maintain Power Automate and Nintex workflows and document processes
• Implement retention, compliance, governance and audit procedures
• Develop user guides, training materials and knowledge resources
• Report on platform usage, storage, security and compliance

• First university degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
• At least three years of experience with SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions and content management
• Familiarity with core Microsoft 365 applications
• Knowledge of workflow and automation tools including Power Automate or Nintex
• Working knowledge of Spanish or English

• The assignment lasts one year
