Overview
Supports humanitarian response decisions in Venezuela by collecting, validating and analysing operational data, producing maps, dashboards and infographics, and coordinating information flows with OCHA teams, UN agencies, NGOs and sector partners from the Maracaibo sub-office.

Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and disseminate humanitarian response data
- Use GIS and business-intelligence tools to support analysis and decisions
- Maintain 5W datasets, contact databases and monitoring tools
- Create databases, maps, infographics and regular reports
- Coordinate common analysis with UN agencies, NGOs and partners
- Support needs assessments and public-information materials
- Maintain scheduled information products and online platforms
Requirements
- Secondary education, or a bachelor’s degree in information management, information systems, social sciences or a related field
- Six years of relevant experience with secondary education, or three years with a bachelor’s degree
- Experience in information management, information systems, web management, data management, GIS, mapping or data visualisation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluency in Spanish
