Responsibilities
- Design and manage data systems, dashboards and performance-tracking tools for the 2050 Strategy
- Analyse regional datasets to identify trends, gaps, risks and emerging implementation issues
- Develop indicators, baselines and data-collection methodologies and safeguard data quality
- Prepare analytical briefs, reports, presentations and actionable insights for regional leaders
- Coordinate data collection, sharing, standards and methodologies across regional partners
- Support strategic planning, prioritisation and resource-allocation decisions with evidence
- Build stakeholder capability in data use, interpretation and continuous learning
Requirements
- Master’s degree with five years of experience, or bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, econometrics, public health or a related field with seven years
- At least five years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, information management or monitoring, evaluation and learning
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and interpretation of complex datasets
- Ability to produce clear and timely reports and visualisations
- Fluency in English and the national language
- Ability to provide their own laptop
