Education Officer

Supports UNICEF education programme planning, monitoring and knowledge management in Madhya Pradesh. The assignment develops review systems and evidence products, coordinates partners, documents scalable practices and strengthens advocacy and capacity for equitable learning outcomes.

• Support education programme planning, implementation and results monitoring
• Design systems for programme reviews with field partners and counterparts
• Maintain reports, assessments and institutional learning records
• Develop monitoring matrices and track required programme actions
• Implement knowledge-management and information-sharing plans
• Document innovative education approaches and scalable good practices
• Research and report on leading practices for knowledge products and systems
• Support advocacy planning, stakeholder capacity building and proposal development

• Specialisation in education, psychology, economics or a related field
• At least three years of professional experience in education or social-sciences programme planning and monitoring
• Understanding of equity issues affecting education access and learning
• English proficiency
• Hindi proficiency

• National UN Volunteer assignment based in Bhopal
• Monthly Volunteer Living Allowance: INR 70,158.41
• Entry lump sum: USD 350 equivalent in INR
• Relocation support may apply when the duty station is outside commuting distance
