National consultancy conducting operational implementation research for Benin’s WEZIZA-EDUC programme, using mixed methods and stakeholder co-creation to assess a holistic package supporting girls’ education and feed evidence and lessons into continuing programme adjustments.

Department: Education Section

• Design the operational research methodology and theory of change
• Develop the sampling plan and mixed-methods data-collection approach
• Coordinate field data collection and quality assurance
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative findings
• Engage stakeholders through co-creation and workshops
• Document lessons and recommendations for programme adaptation

• Postgraduate degree at master’s level or above in social sciences, education, gender or another relevant field
• At least five years of demonstrated experience in education research or behaviour-change research
• Exceptional French writing ability

• National consultancy for 10 months
• Work modality includes telework while attached to the Education Section in Cotonou
