Responsibilities
- Map peace-education initiatives implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2014
- Identify actors, partnerships, target groups, geographic coverage and implementation models
- Review legal, policy and institutional frameworks governing peace education
- Analyse programme approaches across formal and non-formal education settings
- Identify thematic, geographic and institutional gaps and opportunities for coordination
- Conduct document reviews, stakeholder interviews and focus groups in Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Mostar
- Apply participatory, conflict-sensitive and gender-responsive methods throughout the study
- Produce a final mapping and gap-analysis report with strategic entry points for future Peacebuilding Fund engagement
Requirements
- Advanced degree in peace and conflict studies, education, international relations, political science, development studies, public policy, sociology or a closely related field
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in peacebuilding, social cohesion, education, governance, development cooperation or related work
- Experience conducting analytical studies, landscape mappings, sector analyses or thematic reviews
- Experience in qualitative research, including document review, interviews, focus groups and synthesis
- Fluency in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and English
