Overview
Supports UNFPA Afghanistan’s youth programme in Kabul, coordinating youth centres, partner delivery, workplans, budgets, monitoring and advocacy. The analyst develops evidence and partnerships that expand adolescent and youth participation, skills, health information and policy engagement.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate adolescent and youth activities and youth centres
- Prepare and monitor workplans, budgets, indicators and partner agreements
- Provide technical support and strengthen partner delivery capacity
- Analyse youth needs and programme evidence for planning and advocacy
- Support youth participation, partnerships and resource mobilisation
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, or a first degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with an advanced degree, or four years with a first degree
- Experience in youth, adolescent or development programming
- Fluency in English and in Dari or Pashto
- Afghan nationality
