Responsibilities

  • Review Moldova’s legal and training framework for technology-facilitated GBV
  • Revise justice-sector curricula using international standards and case law
  • Design and deliver a training-of-trainers programme
  • Develop operational procedures for digital evidence and case handling
  • Integrate survivor-centred and trauma-informed justice approaches
  • Finalise guidance after institutional validation

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in law or a related social-science field
  • At least seven years of experience as a judge, prosecutor, criminal investigation officer or senior criminal-justice legal expert
  • Practical expertise in technology-facilitated gender-based violence
  • Knowledge of international and European legal standards including the Istanbul Convention
  • English fluency
