Responsibilities
- Review Moldova’s legal and training framework for technology-facilitated GBV
- Revise justice-sector curricula using international standards and case law
- Design and deliver a training-of-trainers programme
- Develop operational procedures for digital evidence and case handling
- Integrate survivor-centred and trauma-informed justice approaches
- Finalise guidance after institutional validation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law or a related social-science field
- At least seven years of experience as a judge, prosecutor, criminal investigation officer or senior criminal-justice legal expert
- Practical expertise in technology-facilitated gender-based violence
- Knowledge of international and European legal standards including the Istanbul Convention
- English fluency
