Consultant — Child Victim and Witness Interview Guidance and Training

The consultant develops practical guidance and a trainer manual for justice professionals interviewing child victims and witnesses in Equatorial Guinea, adapting international standards, building survivor-centred methods and training national facilitators to reduce revictimisation and improve consistent testimony practice.

Department: Child Protection and Adolescent Development

• Develop practical guidance for interviewing child victims and witnesses
• Prepare a facilitator manual and hybrid learning adaptation
• Design and deliver a training-of-trainers programme
• Adapt international child-protection standards to Equatorial Guinea
• Coordinate technical validation with prosecutors and protection institutions
• Create interview checklists, question guides and operational role definitions

• University degree in law, psychology, social work, education, pedagogy, social sciences or a related field
• At least ten years of relevant experience in child protection, justice systems or institutional capacity development
• Experience designing technical guidance or manuals and training justice-sector personnel
• Spanish proficiency
• Applicant must be a foreign national
