Responsibilities
- Integrate psychosocial considerations into community-based activities and programme adaptation
- Deliver training on community-based MHPSS, psychological first aid, stress, conflict and communication
- Strengthen partner networks through meetings, forums and coordination
- Develop MHPSS awareness, psychoeducation and information materials
- Support needs and impact assessments, surveys, focus groups, interviews and research
- Implement psychosocial components of livelihoods and veterans support initiatives
- Maintain activity trackers and analyse qualitative monitoring and results
- Provide field insights and recommendations for new technical programmes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field
- At least two years of relevant professional experience
- Experience researching and developing technical MHPSS materials and guidance
- Experience coordinating stakeholders and facilitating capacity-building initiatives
- Experience contributing qualitative monitoring and field insights to technical programme development
- Competence in reporting, data collection and basic analysis
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English
