Supports Chile’s technical and vocational secondary education team by developing pedagogical resources, analysing school practices and strengthening curriculum implementation, knowledge management and support for underperforming schools.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of pedagogical guidance, instruments and resources for technical and vocational schools
  • Develop proposals and systematise documents on educational and employment pathways
  • Prepare practical curriculum guidance for underperforming schools
  • Analyse pedagogical practices through interviews, document review and field visits
  • Represent technical education priorities in cross-ministerial programmes and projects
  • Support training and capacity-development activities for project personnel
  • Contribute to knowledge networks and communities of practice
  • Maintain organised records of project data, field activities and knowledge products

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • At least four years of relevant experience with secondary education, or one year with a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience developing pedagogical resources, supporting underperforming schools and improving technical and vocational education
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Ability to document academic credentials, work experience and stated tool proficiency
  • Foreign applicants must already hold residence and work authorisation in Chile
