Overview
Coordinates area-level GBV prevention, survivor-centred response and PSEAH programming across Herat, Jalalabad and Kandahar. The analyst supports partners, service quality, referral pathways, monitoring and local capacity so women and girls can access safe, accountable protection services.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate area-level GBV prevention, response and PSEAH activities with implementing partners
- Guide survivor-centred services, referral pathways and protection standards
- Monitor partner workplans, service quality, results and risks
- Strengthen partner and community capacity through training and mentoring
- Coordinate authorities, humanitarian actors and protection mechanisms
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, or a first degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with an advanced degree, or four years with a first degree
- Experience in GBV prevention and response or PSEAH programming
- Fluency in English and in Dari or Pashto
- Afghan nationality
