Overview

Designs and operationalises the electronic GBVIMS+ platform, configuring intake, classification, indicators and reporting while embedding anonymisation and survivor-centred safeguards, establishing inter-agency pathways, and delivering rollout training and technical handover.

Responsibilities

  • Map standard intake tools and configure the electronic GBVIMS+ interface
  • Integrate classification tools, minimum datasets and approved indicator banks
  • Build the reporting backend and operational dashboard for programme indicators
  • Implement anonymisation, information-security and survivor-safety guardrails
  • Configure horizontal inter-agency referral and information-sharing pathways
  • Prepare system architecture, rollout and pilot implementation plans
  • Train users and support operational deployment of the customised platform
  • Deliver system documentation, training guides and final technical handover

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in information science, computer science or statistics
  • At least seven years of experience developing data systems
  • Strong Linux and DevOps capability with Ansible proficiency
  • Expertise in gender-based-violence data management
  • Demonstrated mastery of survivor-centred approaches and the Do No Harm principle in digital contexts
  • Experience navigating Zimbabwean data-policy frameworks and multi-sector institutional environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Excellent communication skills in Shona or Ndebele
