Overview

Leads Ethiopia’s GBVIMS+ rollout by finalising secure infrastructure, governing survivor data, supporting collection across pilot sites and training scale-up regions. The consultancy also maintains humanitarian dashboards, service mapping and reporting while handing the national system to government partners.

Responsibilities

  • Finalise GBVIMS+ production servers, security configuration and local-language translations
  • Support routine data collection across 96 pilot sites
  • Deploy national coding and survivor-anonymity protocols
  • Train frontline case-management providers and government ICT personnel
  • Complete information-sharing and data-protection governance documents
  • Maintain ActivityInfo reporting, Power BI dashboards and service mapping
  • Coordinate humanitarian information-management assessments and reporting
  • Track DHIS2 data feeds and produce donor visualisations and situation reports

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social sciences or public health, or bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology
  • At least two years of experience managing GBVIMS+
  • Fluency with data-collection, analysis and visualisation platforms used by the role
  • Proficiency in English
