WBG Pioneer - Legal Research Intern

Supports the World Bank Group’s Women, Business and the Law project in Washington, D.C. The intern researches legislation affecting women’s economic participation, verifies indicators, analyses legal and perception data, maintains research records, conducts econometric work and helps manage contributors and outreach.

• Research legislation affecting women’s economic empowerment
• Verify survey responses against primary legal sources
• Produce comparative analyses for assigned legal indicators
• Archive and maintain legal information in the project database
• Manage enforcement-perception data collection and analysis
• Conduct econometric analysis and draft research outputs
• Recruit and engage expert and government contributors
• Prepare briefings, presentations and outreach materials
• Coordinate report dissemination and project events
