Responsibilities

  • Compile evidence and analyze data for MIGA project self-evaluations
  • Draft analytical sections using agreed evaluation methods and standards
  • Maintain source traceability and evaluation document repositories
  • Improve evaluation processes, tools and methodological guidance
  • Quality-assure MIGA and World Bank Corporate Scorecard inputs
  • Review evaluation products through methods checks and evidence synthesis
  • Coordinate data, document and meeting requests with evaluation teams
  • Develop lessons summaries, briefs and presentations for guarantee operations

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and monitoring and evaluation experience in complex public- and private-sector development projects
  • Solid financial and technical background
  • Ability to work with a moderate degree of autonomy
  • Meticulous attention to evidence quality and source traceability
