Responsibilities
- Compile evidence and analyze data for MIGA project self-evaluations
- Draft analytical sections using agreed evaluation methods and standards
- Maintain source traceability and evaluation document repositories
- Improve evaluation processes, tools and methodological guidance
- Quality-assure MIGA and World Bank Corporate Scorecard inputs
- Review evaluation products through methods checks and evidence synthesis
- Coordinate data, document and meeting requests with evaluation teams
- Develop lessons summaries, briefs and presentations for guarantee operations
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and monitoring and evaluation experience in complex public- and private-sector development projects
- Solid financial and technical background
- Ability to work with a moderate degree of autonomy
- Meticulous attention to evidence quality and source traceability
