Responsibilities
- Guide ethical judging, selection and dissemination for photo competitions
- Design national and regional participatory-photography exhibitions
- Coach women, youth, partners and peer networks
- Analyse Photolanguage dialogue data and present findings
- Engage university leaders and students on gender-equality peer networks
- Produce concepts, case studies and human-interest stories
Requirements
- Master degree in photography, media or a relevant discipline, or bachelor degree plus two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least five years of progressively responsible participatory-photography experience
- At least two years of photography or visual-storytelling teaching or training experience
- Experience engaging marginalised communities through photography
- English proficiency
